Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,
It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that our former EFPA president Robert Roe passed away yesterday afternoon.
Robert died on Monday (February 22, 2016) in Leipzig (D) from colon cancer which has been diagnosed exactly one year ago.
Robert was not only an excellent EFPA president but a great colleague and friend.
Robert will be remembered as a very kind, committed person who was always there to support, share his wisdom and his fine sense of humour. He will be greatly missed both as a colleague and a friend but he will live on in the memory of those who had the honour and pleasure to know him.
Our sincere and deep condolences go to his wife Marika and his son and daughter.
May he rest in peace.
