ECP MILAN 2015
Dear Colleagues,
The 14th European Congress of Psychology, which will take place from 7th to 10th July 2015 in Milan, Italy, is now approaching. In these months preceding the great event, we are defining a rich scientific program, which will include high level contributors and keynote speakers from all disciplinary areas.
We are pleased to share with you the latest news from the European Congress of Psychology.
1. It is still possible to submit abstracts to the Scientific Committee: the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 15 December 2014. Decisions on newly submitted abstracts will be notified on 15 January 2015. Do not miss a great opportunity to participate on a major stage for European psychology. In addition, ECP 2015 brings together the latest advances in the discipline and the best practices from all over the world.
2. We are glad to announce that prof. Lamberto Maffei, President of the Italian Accademia dei Lincei, will take part to the Opening Session of the Congress. The Academy, of which Galileo Galilei was one of the first members, is the most important cultural institution in Italy, as well as the most ancient scientific academy in the world. Prof. Maffei is also a member of the European Academy of Science, and has worked in academic institutions such as the University of Cambridge (UK) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Boston, USA).

4. On Thursday, 9th July 2015 we will host the exclusive ECP 2015 Gala Dinner. The event will take place under the cloisters of the National Museum of Science and Technology “Leonardo da Vinci”. The Museum houses the world’s largest collection of models interpreting Leonardo’s drawings. It will be possible to participate in guided tours in the City of Milan as well as in the surrounding countryside and in other Italian cities.
5. Join the XIV European Congress of Psychology’s network. ECP 2015 is conceived to be a place where people can meet, debate and share. Keep up-to-date by following us on Twitter and on our page on Facebook and please contribute your own content and comments.
ECP 2015 will take place in connection with EXPO Milan 2015, the great Universal Exposition that will involve 130 countries and several international and grass roots organizations.
